We are building three furnished residences of about 45 m², each with its own pool, on our 2,580 m² plot at Xeroniamata. We will own them and run them ourselves.

Why Kythira
An island that has stayed small
Kythira lies between the Peloponnese and Crete. It is one of the least developed islands in the Aegean, with no large resorts and a slow pace of life.
You get there by a short flight from Athens or by ferry from Neapoli to the port of Diakofti.
